The Baton Rouge Garden Festival is an event that brings our local growers, retailers, and small businesses in touch with the Baton Rouge Gardening public.
Our nursery growers produce a wide variety of landscaping and gardening plants right here in Louisiana. The varieties they choose are superior choices for our Louisiana gardening environment.
Bringing the growers in direct will offer gardeners and landscapers the chance to learn first hand from the growers about the best way to plant and grow their plant selections. Great prices and a wider selection of plant stock in different sizes are other advantages for festival shoppers.
The festival will also offer a venue for garden and landscape accessories and related industries such as fresh produce, value added produce like jams, jellies, spices, herbs, and wines.
How-to talks and seminars will also be available on gardening and landscaping from our vendors and other experts.
